There is no reason for the frame settings to have their own section since it's not an area that will be expanded upon. Move them to the global section to be consistent.
Dunst
Description
Dunst is a highly configurable and lightweight notification daemon.
Compiling
Dunst has a number of build dependencies that must be present before attempting configuration. The names are different depending on distribution:
- dbus
- libxrandr
- libxss
- libxdg-basedir
- glib
- pango/cairo
- libgtk2.0
